a) Information you give us via our contact form
When you complete the "Contact Us" form on our website, we collect only the information you choose to provide:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any additional details you include in your message
b) Information collected automatically when you visit the site
Our website is built on the Squarespace platform. When you visit, Squarespace and, where enabled, other analytics tools may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:
  • your IP address (which may indicate your approximate geographic location)
  • browser type and device information
  • pages visited and how you interact with the site
  • cookie identifiers (see section 8)
We do not knowingly collect any special category (sensitive) personal data through our website.

4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate our website and communications, and only as necessary
  • Squarespace- our website hosting and form-handling provider. Your contact-form      submissions and website technical data are processed on Squarespace's      systems on our behalf. For UK customers, the Squarespace contracting      entity is Squarespace Ireland Ltd, with Squarespace, Inc. (USA)      acting as a sub-processor.
  • [Email provider, e.g. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace] - used to receive and      reply to your enquiry.
  • [Analytics provider - e.g. Squarespace Analytics] - used, with your consent, to understand website usage.
‍  We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Squarespace, may store or process personal data outside the UK, including in the United States.
‍Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law. In Squarespace's case, transfers to the US are covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your information
  • Contact-form enquiries: we keep these for 12 months after your enquiry is      resolved, unless it develops into an ongoing business relationship, in which case we retain it in line with our wider records-retention practices.
  • Website analytics data: retained for 12 months.
‍  When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
7. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure and to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our hosting and email providers apply their own security controls to data processed on our behalf. ‍
